Product Introduction: The automatic plate sterilizer uses high-temperature sterilization method to achieve strict sterilization of alcoholic beverages, tea drinks, fruit juices, etc., before packaging. Its sterilization temperature is 80℃~92℃ (Adjustable), with a holding time of 15-20 minutes in the high-position insulation tank to consolidate the sterilization effect.
1. Overview of Plate Sterilizer Principle:
Using a new type of high-efficiency plate heat exchanger and non-contact heat exchange with superheated water, the fluid material reaches the required sterilization temperature in a relatively short time. The system utilizes high-precision temperature difference control between the fluid material and water. The fluid material is input from the balance tank into the heat exchanger, where in the first stage it exchanges heat with alcohol vapor, causing the vapor to condense into recovered alcohol while simultaneously heating to a predetermined temperature before entering the second stage plate exchanger. In the second stage plate exchanger, it exchanges heat with superheated overflow water, further heating to a preset value before entering the main heating plate exchanger. After exchanging heat with superheated water and reaching the predetermined temperature, the alcohol flows out to the high-position insulation tank. If the temperature does not reach the set value, it recirculates to the material tank for reheating. The entire process is carried out in a closed state to ensure the biological stability of the material.
2. Characteristics of the Plate Sterilizer:
1) The material is heated through non-contact heat exchange with the heating medium, ensuring material hygiene and safety.
2) The entire machine is made of stainless steel that meets food-grade safety and hygiene standards.
3) Excellent heat transfer effect, high heat recovery rate, and low energy consumption.
4) Uses PLC control, allowing automatic control of heating temperatures at various stages of the material, hot water temperature, steam flow regulation, etc. It also features an automatic material recirculation system and automatic sterilization temperature control.
